The Lotus Philosophy
“Who dares to teach must never cease to learn.”
One of founding principles at Lotus is that growth never ceases. As teachers, it is our duty to continue approaching our yoga practice with a student’s sense of inquisitiveness and a renewed sense of dedication. This is one of the values we hope to instill in tomorrow’s teachers. When you finish the Lotus Traditional Yoga Teacher training, we encourage you to view this as the start (not the finish) to your a lifelong study of the physical, mental and spiritual practice of the traditional yoga.
Our method is a unique approach that combines fluid transitions with an emphasis on detailed alignment and intelligent sequencing. Our course is specifically designed to teach alignment-oriented yoga. Here, you’ll find that we encourage particular attention to precision bodily placement so that the focus is on moving into the poses rather than perfecting the poses.
Learn from the best to become the best.
